Return Policy

30 days for return or exchange with prior authorization only.
Call our customer service department to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization number. Returns received by doctorseyes without a return authorization number will not be the responsibility of doctorseyes.
Shipping and Handling is not refundable. Please be aware that a return authorization number does not constitute any final disposition. After we receive your return, it must go through inspection and then will be assessed for refund or exchange. All returned merchandise must be in new condition and must include all original packaging and printed material in original unaltered condition. Do not write on the manufacturers' box or warranty card. Failure of following these terms will result in a denial of a return or exchange.
Save your receipt, as it’s to be used for proof of purchase and all manufacturers' warranties. Repairs on defective cameras are handled by the manufacturer and not doctorseyes unless otherwise specified on the invoice.
doctorseyes will grant one year warranty on its products from the date of purchase. If you return defective equipment within this warranty period doctorseyes can provide you upon request with a substitute camera and/or light system.
